Four Year Update on our Home Health Contract Therapy Group Endeavor!

Four years we have been active with supplying PT, OT, COTA, PTA, SLP and RN Home Health services throughout Florida. We are based in Tampa Bay and provide services to Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties in southwest Florida. We have presence in Osceola, Orange, Marion, Nassau, Duval, St. Johns, Flagler and Volusia Counties as well. We have become 25+ Therapists strong! We have strong relationships with sister contract therapy groups throughout Florida if we do not staff your area!
